How do I issue a (certified) copy of an already submitted tax return?

A certified copy of a submitted tax return is obtained from the competent NRA at the address of the company or individual. The competent NRA by address is the office of the NRA in the region where the person or company is registered.
In order to issue such a copy, a “request for the issuance of a document” is submitted according to the NRA template, at the time of writing this article can be found – here. In it, select the option “Copy of document” and write in free text “Tax declaration for @@@ year”.
The deadline for issuing a copy of a document is 7 days.
